APOLOGIES FROM
TRASH POLICE
To Our Valued Trash Police Customers,
It was with heavy hearts that we announced the closing of Trash Police a few weeks ago. We have been taking this time to figure everything out.
Over time, the rising costs of fuel, truck repairs, not having enough help, and day-to-day operations have made it impossible for us to continue providing service. We explored every option available, including attempting to sell the business so our customers could continue receiving service without interruption. Unfortunately, customers scattered quickly during the transition process, and the sale ultimately fell through.
Trash Police was never a large corporation — it was simply two people working hard every day to serve our community. There was never extra money behind the scenes; everything we earned went directly back into keeping the business operating. We tried to keep going as long as we could. To the point we are close to losing our home.
We also want to address the recent payment issues. We disconnected payments through the website, but we were unaware that recurring subscriptions had to be canceled individually and are working to fix this. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
We are deeply grateful for the support, kindness, and loyalty so many of you have shown us over the years. Serving this community meant the world to us, and this decision was not made lightly.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your homes and your lives.
